Frank S. Manley began his financial services career in banking, serving as a bank manager for 14 years. That experience shaped his interest in helping individuals, families, and business owners make thoughtful decisions about immediate needs and long-term priorities.

A longtime resident of Virginia’s Hampton Roads region, Frank is a devoted husband and active member of his church. He and his wife of more than 20 years volunteer with the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. Faith, stewardship, and service shape his approach to his community and his work.
