It means preparation, follow-through, and knowing the next step—not simply adding another meeting to your calendar.
A relationship built around preparation, personal attention, and thoughtful follow-through.
Before Your Meeting
We clarify the purpose of your meeting, the decisions on the agenda, and the information that will make the conversation useful. Share your questions ahead of time so your professional can prepare around your priorities. Confirm whether you will meet virtually or in person and gather only the documents requested.
After Your Meeting
Leave with a clear understanding of the decisions made, the items still being considered, and the next steps for you and the team. We identify who is responsible for each action and support paperwork and outstanding administrative items within your service arrangement. Your next conversation builds on that shared understanding.
Ongoing Upkeep & Maintenance
Maintenance means revisiting the details that can become outdated as life moves forward: contact information, beneficiary designations, account ownership, policy information, and your financial picture. Tell us about a move, marriage, new child, job change, or new business responsibility. Your professional can help identify which records and decisions need attention and which items should be addressed by your attorney, CPA, or another provider.
A Coordinated Professional Team
With your permission, we can include your CPA, attorney, and other qualified professionals. Tax, legal, and accounting advice remains with those professionals.
Your Role in Our Relationship
Attend agreed meetings, provide requested information promptly, and notify us of changes to your financial picture, goals, or circumstances.
Becoming an Enoch Client
A clear process. Room to ask questions.
Our planning conversations follow The Living Balance Sheet® process: clarify data, protection analysis, cash flow analysis, and implementation and review. We begin by understanding your goals and introducing the philosophy behind that work.
All client meetings are scheduled for 60 minutes. We meet every two weeks during your initial Living Balance Sheet® meetings, giving you time to gather information, ask questions, and prepare for each next step. Your professional confirms the agenda and preparation with you before each conversation.
We introduce Enoch’s philosophy, explore what matters to you, and clarify the scope of the relationship. Expect a conversation about your household, values, goals, responsibilities, and the questions you want answered.

05Implement & Review
We agree on priorities, responsibilities, and next steps. Your professional explains recommendations and applicable costs and disclosures before you decide. The team supports the administrative steps and follows up on outstanding items.
Meeting Length: 60 Minutes · Timing: Monthly During Your First Year of Implementation
Remaining an Enoch Client
Consistency at the beginning. Continuity for the long term.
After your initial LBS® meetings, we meet monthly during your first year to help you stay consistent, maintain accountability, and follow through on implementation. When you feel comfortable with the process and you and your professional agree, we transition to quarterly meetings. That transition is a shared decision, rather than an automatic change based only on the calendar.
Your First Year
Monthly Implementation & Accountability
Each 60-minute meeting gives us time to review agreed actions, work through questions, address outstanding items, and confirm the next steps. We keep the monthly rhythm through your first year and agree together when you are ready for quarterly reviews.

A Timely Conversation
A career change, new family member, business transition, health concern, or approaching retirement may call for an additional meeting.
Tell your professional about material changes.
Identify immediate decisions and deadlines.
Adjust the next steps appropriate to your situation.
Additional Meetings · 60 Minutes · Arranged According to Need
All client meetings are 60 minutes and may be virtual or in person. Your review schedule and services are agreed as part of your relationship. We move from monthly to quarterly meetings once you feel comfortable with implementation and you and your professional agree that the timing is right.
How Clients Can Prepare
Before quarterly and annual meetings, make sure your Living Balance Sheet® is up to date and your connected accounts are syncing with current information. Review your balances, add any new accounts, and update changes to your financial picture so your professional can prepare for a more useful review.
Confirm that your LBS® balance sheet and connected accounts are up to date. Bring updates since the last meeting, questions about current priorities, and the status of agreed actions. Flag upcoming decisions or deadlines so they can be included in the agenda.
Before an Annual Review
Review your LBS® balance sheet and confirm that connected accounts reflect current information. Revisit your goals for the coming year. Gather the updated statements, coverage details, household changes, and other information your professional requests. Note any questions for your CPA or attorney.
What Should I Gather?
Your professional will confirm the relevant items. These may include insurance policies and benefits, income information, savings and investment statements, retirement and debt statements, and estate documents. Use the communication and document-sharing channels your professional approves.
